Vodacom **** black Friday deals

I placed an order through Vodacom's website just after midnight on black friday. There was still stock, I got my reference number and confirmation that someone would call me within 24h. To date nobody has called. I have called after sales and the online departments numerous times and just stay on hold for over an hour without getting through. When inquiring on Facebook I'm just told stock is only guaranteed after completion. I find this highly *********. I booked my deal and nobody bothered to call me back. Vodacom is a huge company and can surely manage stock and know how many deals can be sold. Advertising deals you have no intention of honoring is a disgusting way to drive traffic and sales to your website. I have already bought a new sim card as I refuse to support a company with such poor customer service.
