Vodacom - Faith restored
Faith restored in Vodacom. I had some unsolicited / unauthorised "purchases"coming off my account on a monthly basis over a few months (+-R 500 per month). Call centre could not help, but after my HelloPeter review, Vodacom responded almost immediately.
The account specialist that handled my query (Fergie?), was prompt, friendly, to the point, solution in hand and the issue was addressed within minutes. Thanks Vodacom!
