Vodacom: #failureAllRound

I have asked Vodacom in December 2021 to upgrade my line from 100Mb to 200Mb. They proceeded to upgrade and after 7 days said it had been done. I could also see on my billing the updated price. When checking it, via Speedtest.net I was still on 100Mb. I queried this and for the rest of December they could not get it right to upgrade it. I eventually told them I was going to migrate my line to another ISP. I then had to wait a month till Jan 31, 2022. At midnight on Jan 31 the line terminated. I then instructed the new ISP to take over the line. Vodacom in their infinite wisdom terminated the line but never released it back to the fibre provider. Still waiting. The excuses are ridiculous. Either they cant do anything and just keep emailing their "backoffice" for days or their systems are "offline" to assist me. The new ISP is trying to get them to release the line but they just don't respond. In the mean time I can not work and I am loosing thousands every day. On top of this they are charging me for a line I don't have. Do I sue them for the loss?
