Vodacom failure to release ONT.

I have been with vodacom for 6 months now and was so fed up with their way of service that I canceled last month and made sure to ask them multiple times that my ONT would be released the same day of cancelation well turns out that was all for nothing as the still have not released the ONT after me contacting them multiple times since the 1st when my service was canceled because of this I cannot start my new service with rsa web whoms service is already ten times better than vodacom.
