Vodacom fails to SIM swap

So, since the 3rd January 2025 I've been battling to perform a simple SIM swap. To date there has been several attempts but yet the SIM card remains unchanged. Vodacom leaves me no choice but to opt for early cancellation of the contract due to the fact that the SIM card has been lost since around June of 2024. Meanwhile, they've received their money's worth for a service that I've been unable to use. If they truly cannot get this done I believe it's my right as a paying customer to demand the early cancellation. My story has a very long twist to it but the details are visible on my contract profile for them to review.
