Vodacom fails to reimburse me for 2017's Data Wipe.

I was affected by last year's data wipe from my account, which I believe took place on 21-Aug. I called Vodacom multiple times and they closed my call (1- ********** ********** ) telling me that I wasn't affected when indeed I was.

When I requested a refund, they said no and told me they'll give me the data. However, how can they say this, when they told the market that the consumers were reimbursed? Obviously, their database has captured incorrect information, and is not treating me as a valuable customer.

Reviewer Update
Hello, I just received a call from Vodacom where I was accused of trying to get money from Vodacom, and the investigation revealed that I was not affected. Principally speaking, it is irresponsible for a vendor to not take ownership of their fault. I asked Vodacom to check my customer records to see if I have been a good customer. I am shocked.
