Vodacom fails to process request logged on the 31st July 2020

I logged a request to transfer my contract with Vodacom from my personal name to my business name. I logged this query with Vodacom on the 31st July 2020 and received a reference number. I have sent numerous follow up emails to Vaneshree Govender at Vodacom Business Department and to date the request has not been processed. It has been 185 days since I logged the query. Why is it taking Vodacom so long to action my request?

This is the response I received back from the consultant from Vodacom yesterday after logging my complaint on Hello Peter.

"Good Day Keith
I hope you well.

Please be advised that I received feedback and I was advised that back office cannot assist with the transfer of ownership and you will have to go into store to complete the process.I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered."

So I have been stuffed around for 6 months by Vodacom, I have been continually been following up to get a status update. I have four questions for Vodacom,

  1. Why has it taken Vodacom business 6 months to provide me with above update, why wasn't I told this when I logged the query?
  2. Why is that I have to log a complaint on Hello Peter to get a response to my query?
  3. Why did I have to submit all the required documentation electronically for the change of ownership, which I did do, if Vodacom back office wasn't planning to process this request?
4. The country is in a level 3 lockdown because of the pandemic and we have all been advised by our president to stay at home and practise social distancing. I don't want to go to a Vodacom store to complete this process as I don't want to expose myself to the Covid-19 virus. Why can't this process be completed electronically?

Vodacom business you need to sort your processes out, you have really angered me with this whole ordeal. Please provide me with a solution as I would like to keep our business relationship intact going forward.
