Vodacom fails to pass my credit note on faulty invoice.

I received this invoice with my delivery on an upgrade on 11 April for R2412.29. I phoned vodacom customer care and I was told that I shouldn't have received any invoice for my upgrade and it sounds like an error made. Talking with the accounts department they stated that the ticked was closed and issue resolved which is not the case.

Now Vodacom is harassing me for money and threatening to cut my phone. This is so unfair! I do not have the funds to waste on something that I'm not supposed to pay for. Do you know how many diapers and formula I can buy for this amount?

I did not agree to pay this, only my monthly subscription (I even paid for the upgrade fee which I was told will bee free but it wasn't). In the whole phone conversation with my upgrade there was no mention of any headset charges for this absurd amount.

I have logged so many tickets and for some reason it ALL goes to this person called Lennon Samduth whom ignores all of my tickets. His only response was call this number... and when I call they say I should log a ticket but dear Lennon keeps on closing it!!!

I'm on the edge of getting my colleague adv. Gerrie Nel to advise me on a case of violating section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act; and sending a Complaint at the Direct Marketing Association if not resolved asap.

Vodacom is messing with my personal credit rating and customer good standing.
