VODACOM fails to honour its cancellation agreement with me

After months and months of complaining about their network, we agreed with Vodacom that they will cancel my contracts at the end of December (31st December 2020). However, it is only now that they are trying to investigate my complaint and this means that I will have to continue paying for their POOR network whilst not enjoying the benefits of my contracts. Why are you delaying the cancellations as you have failed to provide me with adequate service and I have been complaining to you since 2016 without any action from you? Is this a way of boosting your revenue by tricking customers to pay for the service they are not enjoying? You decided to cancel without my concern and when I questioned your actions you promised to investigate and two months down the line we're still at the same point? Why make me pay for the ****py service you are charging me for when you can't even fix the issue? We agreed and like I said I want out!

Really? I have been waiting for you (Vodacom) to contact me for more than four months and you really expect me to believe you will? All you care about is milking the poor customers!

I am still awaiting Vodacom to come back to me yet the same contract that I have asked that it be cancelled is raking thousands monthly as it is still going on. The sad truth is that I can't even make full use of it because of the network quality from Vodacom. Should I still await your call Vodacom?
