Vodacom fails to deliver on their promises and services
17 January 2019 I went online to Vodacoms website and ordered a Laptop/data contract.
Firstly I selected the specific deal for the reason it was in stock and the big green text stating next day delivery.
However I go through the whole application process and after submitting I get a email confirming my order with a reference number, details about Ram delivering my order, and big green lettering next day delivery. This email stated that a consultant will contact me shortly for more information.
There is also a link for status on my order in which after selecting it, there is no record of my reference.
Furthermore I investigate to see this is lie and a regular problem with vodacom as many clients on Hello Peter complain about this.
Guess what it's the 25th of January and still no order, no call from vodacom and no record of my reference.
Whatever you do, do not order anything from vodacom online.
