Vodacom fails to deliver on promises

My 2 year prepaid contract was due to expire at the end of March 2020, which I intended to cancel as I dont make use of my cellphone as much anymore but after calling they promised a reduced contract fee down from R175 p/m to R39 per month, which was charged in may, now suddenly in June I get charged R175 for this airtime that I dont even want/use. Have been trying to find out why this is happening and try and cancel but their call centres are extremely unhelpful and cut the call on you. Very disappointed as I've been with vodacom for a very long time.

Reviewer Update
The issue has not been resolved because as far as I'm aware, there has been no mention about the refund we were promised for the incorrect monthly charges of R175 for my *** number that has occurred after I was charged R39 for it at the end of may. I never agreed to have my contract continued at R175 p/m. The contract ended in March and when I called to have it cancelled, they sold us on the new rate of R39 that we initially agreed to but later cancelled within a few days after that call. I have received a notification yesterday about the change to prepaid for this number starting at the end of the month, but on the vodacom app it still shows that R175 will be invoiced AGAIN at the end of the month. I need a response to this as well as a correct invoice showing the amount to be refunded as was promised by your call centre consultants.
