Vodacom fails to cancel my subscription

On 14 October 2020 we signed up to get Vodacoms' month to month Fibre special for R449 PM x Month to Month on the 18th of May after having more down time than up time we sent a request to cancel our subscription It is now the 15th of July and I am still struggling with Vodacom to cancel my subscription The first problem was that I was charged a +-R1800 fine so to say for canceling a month to month contract before the end of a 12 month period Vodacom then came back with their terms stating that we pay the installation fee, and router prices I then let them know they can come get their router, After this whole mess they said I am still liable for the routers cost and that they wont take it back I let it go and said ok lets just settle this I want to get Vodacom out of my life I then disputed that the monthly debit order got subtracted again in June Vodacom then responded with a reduced fine of +- R1200 The debit order got deducted again in July, but I let the bank know to cancel the debit order I now got a mail from Vodacom stating that I am liable for the debit order amount as I did not cancel before the end of the amount I spend +- an hour on the phone trying to explain this to the contact center They just said log a dispute :( I'm really tired of having to deal with *** people to just get my subscription canceled I'm thinking of legal action at this point as this is really wasting my time, can Someone please advise me on what steps of action I can take
