Vodacom fails small business

Since the 4th of Dec 2025 when we received approval of an upgrade from LTE to Fibre, we've had ZERO service. We're in a multi-unit property with another unit already making use of fibre. We explained to Vodacom that the other fibre user cannot be impacted by our NEW installation, yet every time we called, we were informed that the ONT line will only become available on 31 Dec 2025. After explaining that a new installation is required on multiple occasions, Vodacom just went ahead and migrated the other user's line to us, cancelling their fibre access. Now, both units do not have fibre access.

Reviewer Update
Vodacom needs to ensure that Vumatel receives an order for a new fibre installation (2nd line) and that the previous user's access is restored.
