Vodacom fails loyal customer of many years

Five weeks ago when I returned from overseas I requested roam-on to be switched off. This was done on my mobile, but not my iPad, which has a sim card "slave" to the primary card on the phone. This means the iPad shows Vodacom as "carrier", but no data works (except with wifi). After four visits to Vodacom stores, two reference numbers and even one call from their IT on Sunday 11 December by one Lucria who promised to phone back once she has solved the problem (which she did not do), the data sim card for the iPad still does not work. Phoning 111 only provides "solutions" which have been tried and all failed. The last reference number for the isdlog on 29 Nov is ********** . According to Vodaom Wellington, "IT says the problem has been solved and case closed". But I still cannot use my iPad - after 5 weeks of trying patiently with Vodacom. Any solutions, apart from switching to another service proivedr, after so many years? Pieter Fourie
