Vodacom fails

If possible, I would have scored them - 0. I stay in Vryburg North West province in SA. What a disgrace of a so called "service provider*. I cannot take or make any calls from my office. I have to go outside and stand on the pavement to make a call. I tried on various occasions to lodge complaints but all they are concerned about is" what package are you on, and how are you paying your account". This must be the worst service provider in SA as I am paying upwards of R2 400 per month, religiously so but I am having the worst network coverage imaginable. Shame on you Vodacom. You remind me a lot of the Guptas that bled South Africa dry
