Vodacom failing to reconcile debt

Good day

I have a 24 month contract with Vodacom which is meant to come to an end in August 2024 , I missed a couple of payments and they handed me over to their attorneys Vvm. On the 17 12 July their attorneys called me and advised that they are giving me 40% off on the debt and the offer ends on the 19 July 2024. I managed to raise funds and pay off the debt which had the 40% discount. Now Vodacom claims my contract should end in November because they should have 24months invoice while they know very well that even on their statement they say they have combined the debt, I don’t understand why must the contract be extended till November while it’s been paid off and the areas amount was combined with the reminder of the contract months…
