VODACOM FAILING TO HONOR THE PROMISE

Vodacom has failed to fix my Samsung which they promised to when bought that they will fix the phone even if it crashes. Now they say they cannot fix it whereas they stayed with the phone from 2015 September. They promised to call and all the world but they have failed to honor that. They need to be named and shamed. They are disgusting. After keeping the phone for almost 6 months and yet nothing is forthcoming. They are nonsensical
