Vodacom failing to deliver

On the 20th of December 2014 I lodged a complaint via Vodacom's customer service that I have very limited reception in Tesselaarsdal, Caledon. Vodacom's customer service advised that they will attend to it but when I insisted on a specific date advised that because of the festive season a response will be delayed. My argument being that they expect me to diligently adhere to my part of the contractual agreement which is that I pay the contractual fee monthly but that it was OK for Vodacom not to provide me a service until after the festive season. Eventually I was informed that the booster will be installed 90 working days after I lodged the complaint. When I insisted that Vodacom confirm the exact date of that 90 working days, the customer service lady would not. After many heated arguments, requests to speak to someone more senior, addressing the issue at the local Caledon Vodacom shop and then discovering that my many logged tickets have all been closed as resolved, I still have no booster and have no better reception. It is now mid July 2015. Vodacom has however increased the monthly contract fee and reduced monthly data allocation while I have only wasted costs to show.
