Vodacom failing one of their best customer

It's very sad that I was offered a tablet, I don't want to go into much details about that.

They have the recordings, as I called Vodacom almost 2 weeks later and all is was told is that they Vodacom will listen to the recording and that was also 2 weeks ago and NOTHING.

I called again this week and spoke to a black guy of which I cannot remember his name and he was the pitts. He wanted me to request for the recording so I can listen to it of which I refuse. I know what was spoken and said on the original calls.

Now no one at Vodacom know who the lady was apparently nothing is showing, only the sms that was sent to me whereby I had to say yes. Now that person died, dead man walking if you get my drift. I was promised delivery within 3 to 5 working days...

Why are we still supporting bad services? This is really not on.
