Vodacom failing in Customer service!! Breach of contract!!

.How can a company (Vodacom) sell me a new contract, promise a router as part of the data contract and commit to send me the full detail of the new contract, then even activate the new contract, but then never send the router or the detail? And now, to try and get hold of Vodacom to find out what's going on, is just impossible! This is BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!
