Vodacom failed to refund my money

I contacted Vodacom in December 2017 to request an early termination of my contract with cellphone number ********** 875. The gave me a quotation of how much I must pay which I paid (R1052) on the 19th of December 2017. I completed the form and emailed it to ********** To my surprise in January 2018 when I made a follow up with them I was told that the contract was not cancelled and nothing was noted on their system for such. Week after week I kept on calling to ensure that they do cancel the contract I was told the same story that it will be done, but nothing was ever done. On 25th of January 2018 my bank was debited with R270.99 by Vodacom and when I called to enquire they said because the contract was not cancelled and that it will be escalated. Eventually in February 2018 the airtime was taken back and when I called to find out when will I get my refund, the consultant informed me that there is no refund processed and instead there is an amount of R350 that is to be deducted in February 2018 . She gave me reference number (1- ********** ********** ) and informed me that she has escalated it for refund. Can I please have my money back and can you please stop tehse deductions you make on the system from my bank account.
