Vodacom failed to deliver
I bought Hirsch voucher through vodacom app lasr week but can't receive it because of technical problems on vodacom side. I hace followed up a numerous time with vodacom but no luck. Ticket logged with vodacom is as follows :
Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number A2-OY03-F76TD has been assigned to a support specialist for assistance. Thank you Vodacom
