Vodacom failed me

I had a contract with vodacom and cancelled it last year and it turned out that vodacom did not cancel my contract ,instead they put my contract on payment hold for 8 month , which is the big problem because they gave me quotation and i send it to the email which they provided .

They have debited about 1.6k last month end and i have reversed it and a day later they have credited that amount .I tried calling them for payment with no success, fine! this month end they have debited 3k from their account which is the problem . I want my 1.4k back and make sure the contract was terminated , they have sent me SMS saying they will be debiting 1.4 this coming month end .

I have spoken to more than 10 consultants with no luck and i am now frustrated , they keep telling me that they escalating the matter and i always have to follow up after two days for the past 3 weeks .

I was Assisted by Atish Sing and things were promising afterwards and it looks like it is so difficult to find him and his manager.I am frustrated to the point where i want to take this matter on TV because there is no help .

They keep reffering me to the customer care line which is *** and when i call the number i only get statement option from the robot and nobody is available .
