Vodacom Fail

About 2 months ago I posted here about the shocking quality of Vodacom coverage in the Craigavon area which used to be quite good. I received calls from Vodacom (which were also cut off) saying they would look into it. Needless to say that nothing has improved and I guess my original post is too far down the pile to matter any longer. How can they advertise so aggressively a product that no longer works. When they called and the link kept dropping one of their agents even suggested they call me back on WhatsApp!!! *** am I paying for?????
