You people are pathetic, I will be taking this matter to the newspapers as soon as possible. I’ve requested for a refund and nothing has happened, I spoke to a very rude individual on the phone that said I’m not the account holder and I gave her all My details. You people are expensive for absolutely ******* service. Will be canceling my contract as well, but I will definitely make my experience with you people PUBLIC. I’m so angry and so disgusted right now.
