Vodacom

So I have been with vodacom for a good 4 years now . Recently they called me to upgrade my contract and told me that I don’t qualify for an upgrade that’s more than R500 because I haven’t paid some debit orders. Which is infact a LIE . They couldn’t tell me what was the cap based on. I am disgusted with the service as I have been a loyal member to them . Might as well take Mtn up on their offer. Clearly my money is no longer needed there!!!!!
