Vodacom

I have been trying to call vodacom for 3 weeks to cancel my contract which is finally ran for 24 months yet no one can help the phone just rings and this morning someone answered me and put the phone on the table and continued to chat with his friends what type of service is that now they blocked my number because of high call volume from that number why because they dont pick the phone up if its not the high rates of data then there is no network or no service im glad i went over to MTN so much more professional
