VODACOM extremely pro service

Vodacom is having issues with their Connection HUB in the Maitland area. It keeps failing on a weekly basis and they are not doing anything fix it or provide a back up solution.

They are not helpful or assisting in anyway. This is happening for 4 months now and affecting business int he area.
