Vodacom extremely poor service

Extremely poor service from Customer care and Red department. I am waiting for more than 14 months to have a query resolved. My Vodacom contract has been incorrectly upgraded without my consent and I am getting the run around for all these months despite numerous telephone calls and even sending through formal correspondence to the Customer Care division.
