Vodacom. Extremely poor after service

I have send my Samsung S9+ for repairs, throw Galleria Shopping Centre vodacom outlet, to Umhlanga vodacom repair centre. After 9 days my phone was send back unrepaired. Their excuse was that they needed the proof of purchase. I told them right in the beginning that the phone was purchased online (it was a special offer due to many service delivery breakdowns on my previous contract with vodacom and i was leaving to go to cellc), because vodacom persuaded me to stay. Then the manager Malcom, at the vodacom repairs said he would assist, me after phoning him being extremely dissapointed. After 2 days (total 11 days now) he phoned me to say he still cant help me and i must phone the call centre to get proof of payment, because he cant pick up the waranty on the system. After another struggle i got the call centre to send them proof to continue. I got an sms to say that warranty is accepted now and it will take 2 to 3 days. When i followed up after 3 working days(total 16 days now), they informed me that they still wait for parts. When i asked for Malcom the manager, they said he is not available. When i wanted to speak to the owner, Devan Reddy, at the vodacom repair centre in Umhlanga, they advised me that they are not allowed to give anyone his number. I am going on leave in 2 days and leaving the province, and it seems it will be without my phone. My advise to people is to please stay away from vodacom and save you a lot of frustration, time and cost, as there is no after service. They dont even have a complaint helpline.
