Vodacom extremely bad service

Somebody took a contract on my name using a **** ID. Without verification Vodacom get her a phone. I submitted everything they requested to resolve the case and told me it was resolved but still they handed me over to their legal in department. I keep on submitting the document but they still demand money for phone I don’t have and in return messing up my credit score. Now they know how to get hold of me yet they could not before call me to verify before giving a *****ster a contract on my name. I’m so exhausted of this
