Vodacom Extremely bad service

Service Report ***, still outstanding, after several phone calls, even going to Chatz store at Ottery Hypermarket to ask for assistance since the call center is useless, still no joy. The standard response we will contact you in 24 hours. No one has contacted the client, and the call center misdiagnosed the problems on top of it, going to a store to talk to someone i thought would resolve this, i am told today by the store to call the call center.
