Vodacom - extreme bad customer service/doesn't exist at all
EC-1TOZ-17UOMP Query first logged with Vodacom on 16 May 2024, again on 22 May 2024, 30 May 2024 - to this day its still not resolved. I cannot make calls because of an error by Vodacom, they mistaken converted my number into a home wifi which means I cant make calls. weeks have pasted - they still cant resolve this issue.
