vodacom extra airtime☹
I received R110 extra airtime. called a vocacom number for 9secs, that call was charged roughly R5. the rest went to 2 call amounting to 63secs combined and 1 voice mail of 1sec. can vdacom be clear the the extra airtime is R2 not R110??? there is always something doggy with vodacom. i hardly use mobile data because i use wifi and work and at home. but i make a lot of calls. but somehow but somehow i sometimes have less air without making any calls. with my mobile data tab off??

08 Jan 2019, 06:45I can see that your response is a copy and paste. you did not take the tome to read my feedback. i did not yes the extra airtime for data, which means it shoukd have been able to cove 55 vodacom to vodacom minutes but did not. the for 9sec call to a vodacom number was charged R5.
Your response is more disappointing than your service. i guess foolishness would be using a service provider that does not have integrity and is constantly trying to ***** from customers
