Vodacom Extra Airtime

Vodacom Extra airtime dissapeares. This is actualy a **** to make customers use their air time. I recharged this morining with R110 air time. The extra R55 air time dissapeared befor 23:59 as stated on the message.

The point you earn when reacharging are useless i have been requesting vodacom to convert them to airtime. Their system has been problematic for the past 2 months.

Vodacom is useless cant deliver what tgey promissed customers. They are useless.

Vodacom sent me a msg. It is not the first the the extra airtime dissapeares and i still cant change talking points to data. Your responce doesn’t help and the airtime you said you loaded is not there.
