Vodacom ************ billing..

Vodacom gave me a R29 300.00 bill, I was out of the country, without my phone service on, for 2 weeks. My bill is normally R6000 a month. Which includes 3 devices. I logged a complaint, but they soft locked me, & demanded I pay R10 000 to be unlocked, which I did to keep communications for mainly my business. NOBODY bothered to respond to the billing query, needless to say I had to pay another R10 000 to keep phone number alive & working. THIS time they have sent a letter threatening to terminate my number if I don't pay R16 000, new bill.

They cannot track their own ref numbers, make promises to respond & never bother to respond. CAN someone help me to get out of this dilemna, please?

I think awful corporations like Vodacom should be paying tax at a rate of 60% Corporate Tax, because of the amount of productivity lost to their incompetence & indifference! Where would they move to?
