Vodacom ******ion/*****
Acc No I ********** -7. The contract for ********** 109 Family Topup Service, expired on 3 July 2018. Cancellation of this number was duly given.Due to me requesting this number to be ported FNBconnect, I was then told that I had to give Vodacom 1 month's notice of this, which was duly done & relevant payment was made for August 2018. My number was then ported over to FNBconnect early in September 2018. However, I am now receiving recorded messages that this account is outstanding being well above the amount due! I do have other Vodacom numbers ********** 468 & ********** 108 which are currently ongoing & for which I have duly paid. However, because the Vodacom website has been faulty for a long time, I phone the Accounts Department only to be told the cancelled ********** 109 number must be paid for September, as well - Huh? Failing me paying this I was told that my ongoing numbers will be closed off. Obviously Cancellations & Accounts Departments are not liaising with each other, which is unacceptable.
