Vodacom ******ing money during lockdown?

If you have purchased data from Vodacom during the lockdown period and never received it or it lasts for a few minutes please contact me as we are building a case against Vodacom for trying to ****** money from its clients by forcing them to repurchase data...this has already happened to quite a few people i know

as stated by the President of South Africa ..it is ******* for companies to take advantage of the lockdown

this is a Vodacom Executive Decision

Vodacom has dropped its prices but has created a backup plan to maximize its profits

as most people are working from home WiFi is critical to their survival

not only is Vodacom the most expensive provider in the world it continues to pull dirty tricks on its clients

from other soures
Lynette le Roux I had this problem, in a matter of 36 hours. I first purchased 4 gigs on 23 April, 3 gigs were used up within a day and a half. I then purchased a 10 gig recurring for 24 months just after 18:00 on the 24th of April, when I checked my purchase there was only more or less 3 gigs left in total, including the 1.465 or so that I had before making the 10 gig purchase, when I checked my data just after 21:00 on the 24th of April I had ZERO gigs left over!!! I contacted vodacom, they lodged a complaint, told me I had apps open in the background and I disconnected them, they then said that I will only received and be billed pro rata as it is almost the end of the month and that I will only receive my 10 gigs which I had purchased pro rata. I purchased another one gig for one day (last night) and another one gig for Sat and Sunday only. This morning on 25 April I saw that I have 3 gigs again!!!

Vodacom is endlessly posting on the one hand stay safe sms's , as they care about us ...while with the other hand they are robbing us blind
