Vodacom ******ing customers no longer on their contracts
I have been a Vodacom contract holder for many years, my contract ended in July... You know that Vodacom DO NOT let you out of your contract if you owe them premiums, we all know this.
My contract with Vodacom ENDED.... But as a surprise to me, Vodacom has handed me over to lawyers for a premium that I still owe them.... I need urgent assistance to get my name cleared.
The cherry on the cake was that I just received a phone call from Nombuhle at Elite Mobile offering me another Vodacom contract. After I explained my situation currently with Vodacom and I have the phone slammed down on me... Com'on Vodacom, really? This is seriously a poor showing of how companies should operate.

I have to date not received a phone call to sort out this issue...... What I have received is a number of TEXT MESSAGES from "MBD INC" threatening legal action!? In the text messages I receive, they state that they have 'tried to call but I was unreachable'. This is not good etiquette at all. You, Vodacom, have also contacted me several times to offer me more products and services. This is outrageous. The fact that I am being hounded for money I DO NOT EVEN OWE YOU, and you still have the audacity to canvas me for further business. I need answers and I need them now.
