She received a Microsoft phone that would baffle IT specialists<br /> After running from pillar to post from vodashops to vodacom store to set it up, she was unable to set up internet or MMS. 6 months later m.n she is still no closer to getting email on her fancy phone or sending pics. It seems that when vodacom has stock to unload they target pensioners who are usually less likely to complain or make a fuss.
