Vodacom exploits customers

I’ve been a Vodacom customer for over 14 years, and I’ve been experiencing a trend of missing airtimes. On 1 December 2017, I purchased 100mb weekend data, which they sent me a message saying it was active and going to expire on 2 December 2017. I then bought Just For You minutes for vodacom to vodacom calls, which I used to call a friend who uses vodacom. And before I went to bed I was left with R125, but when I woke up I was left with R76. I didn’t use my phone that much at night as I was out with friends, I made a few calls which didn’t go through. So now when I call the customer care, they can’t help me with my complaint. This has been a trend I’ve gotten used to, I even bought a Cell C router so I could avoid buying Vodacom data bundles as they always seem to use the data bundle service to take my airtime.
