Vodacom - exploitative data charges

<p>My seventeen year old son's contract includes 1GB of data. His bill for May 2016a is R12213. On closer scrutinity I found out Vodacom charged him an average of R2 per 1 MB of data on his account. For 13 GB of data, a charge of R12213. If he had a prepaid phone and bought 20 GB from FNB he would have paid R999. This is exploitation and Is *********.
