Vodacom exchange policy is poor

I bought 2 phones Redmi note 10pro online. The phones is advertised as splash proof. When i inspected the phones the day i recieved them. I found that the back cover is loose. This means the phones is NOT splash proof. I have returned the phones to vodcom in vandarbiljpark. The bransh manager advised she can assist in returning the phones. Thiz is now more than a month later and i did not recieve my new replacement phones as i have returned the phones within 1 working day from delivery. This is now how vodacom treat the 14day exhange warranty. So the policy state if a customer is unhappy with the product in any way within 14days. The product will be exchanged with a product that the customer is happy with. A full month passed and i still in the dark. I will cancell all my contracts with vodacom and go to mtn if this ia not resolved soonest.

Reviewer Update
now after a consultant called me and said the upgrade will be cancelled. Now i am unable to upgrade the number online.
Im done with vodacom. I will be going over to mtn soon. Sorry vodacom you did not make it in problem solving.
I also have another number that is saying for the past 6months "the number is busy upgrading".
Redicolous that a fantastic cell network company cant resolve or stand by their own warranty claws.
