Vodacom exceptionally bad service

What happened to Vodacom? They use to be the leading cellphone company, but in our town the service is more off than on and no one (accept the automated computer) answers any complaints. Nor do they seem it necessary to permanently fix the problem. The only time one gets a response is when you complain to ICASA!! It would be better for Vodacom to switch off their towers in the rural areas and not create an expectation than to take ones money monthly and deliver nothing. If you don't live in a city do not get a Vodacom contract!
