Vodacom exceptional service rendered by Joshua Aaron
Joshua Aaron, Vodacom can be SO proud of you. Joshua takes the customer experience to the next level. In short, there was a technical anomaly after I purchased data on the Vodacom app: the bundle could not be activated straight away. Joshua took the trouble to call me at least twice a day with updates on the progress to resolve this matter to my 100% satisfaction. Service par excellence. Thankyou Joshua and the team who resolved this issue.
