VODACOM EXCELLS AT CONSISTENTLY POOR SERVICE!
Just received AUTOMATED email to say their records show the problem has been resolved. WHAT A JOKE! Nothing resolved,what a surprise! IT MAY NOT HAVE OCCURRED TO VODACOM THAT IT MAY TAKE HUMAN INTERVENTION TO SOLVE THIs ISSUE!
Oh I forgot. Vodacom don't do personal customer care just robots in call centers reading text written by robots for fat cats who like our government take our money but don't delver.
