Vodacom - Excellent Service

I have an account with Vodacom which I have had for years. Yesterday I phoned to cancel one of the numbers which is on my contract. I got through to a lady by the name of Nicolene Peters. What an amazing experience!!! She was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us!!!

It was a breath of fresh air to actually speak to someone who took the time to listen and was not in a rush to get us off the line. My wife and I actually spoke last week about the lack of customer service that you get, especially in the shops. So it was so awesome to speak to someone so helpful.

I really hope this compliment gets sent to the relevant Managers so that she knows people appreciate her assistance. People are so quick to complain but rarely compliment someone when it is due.
