VODACOM - EVEN MORE LOUSY SERVICE - NO RESOLUTION TO ANY ISSUES OR ATTEMPT TO FIX PROBLEM

This is now the third time I am adding a review for Vodacom on pretty much the same issue. The only way you get an actual response is to post a nwe complaint - they are very quick to contact an "unhappy customer" so that it shows on hellopeter as a company that responds. Only issue is they still are so arrogant they do not actually listen to the customers complaint. To date i have received numerous calls relating to upgrades online I never asked for and no real resolution to the incredibly poor service and arrogant attitude of the staff . The promises of a call from customer retention never happens. So far no one has been able to answer my questions on the current contract and costs i was forced onto in 2013. i now cant get anyone from Vodacom to actually advise on best value contracts for my requirements either. - its look at the list and pick one - dont like it not our problem - trhey do seem happy to loose customers . to ad insult to injury - I also had a ********** porting attempt on my no. Vodacom not interested in investigating or following up on the attempted ***** which came via an MTN store. very interstingly it happened only after dealing with their online chat consultants where you have to give your personal details before they will discuss anything with you? possibly leak of information from Vodacom side?? who knows

What a joke !!!! No one has ever bothered contacting me - so the claim they would is a blatant lie. Definitely Vodacom is one of the worst and most dishonest companies in South Africa
