Vodacom euphemism for take your money and get nothing in return

I sent vodacom an email on the 22 August 2017 complaining about the absolute pathetic ( and I am using this word because the other words I can use is frowned upon ) service I got from their store in Secunda. Of course keeping true to their reputation nobody rep****. In the mail I complained about the person who works with repairs. He is rude, unhelpful and condescending.

After having to endure this experience Vodacom has informed that they have completely wiped my phone that was in for repairs but they are replacing it. Well whoopy dooo. When I told the lady but that is not what the staff told me at the Secunda branch she just said "sorry".

Well thank you so much. I am so comforted by that fact that I will not mourn the loss of sentimental photos, messages, work documents or my music. Who gave Vodacom the right to wipe MY ****** PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who??????????????? But luckily I only have a year on my cellphone contract left. I will take the time to search for a proper service provider. P.S. If anyone ever ask me about you Vodacom I will tell them that they are better off sending smoke signals then to give you money!

Good day Thank you for replying Vodacom. Next time you want to try and resolve a customer complaint try the following: 1. Get the facts and not just send a "template" response. (I have a degree I am not an idiot) 2. Don't apologize if it is clear that you don't know what your apologizing for. 3. Start taking steps against your employees that treat us, the customers like ****. 4. If you difficulty with step 3 - consult an attorney that specialize in Labour Law.
