Vodacom ESOP ONE BIG **** - No empowerment to staff!!!

WHAT A ****!!!! Vodacom you should be ashamed of yourself!!! You pretend to care for employees but in actual fact you added nothing to their lives with your Yebo Yethu ESOP BEE deal!!! We were given a calculator to calculate how much our units and shares would be worth once we wanted to sell...I would like to know how is it possible when we dealt with computershare they indicated that our shares will be paid at the Vodacom South Africa rate depending on what it was trading at...well we have just registered and guess what...we are to be paid R34.00 per share as opposed to the Vodacom SA price of R124.00 per share!!! Why is that so????? The dividend was more than the shares...Please shed some light so the public can see how you ****** your employees blind!
